Local Planning Agency Meeting

Join us to show support for Stopping Daily Rentals! This is an Advisory Committee Meeting. The Committee will review the Vacation Rental item and decide whether to send it to the Commissioners for a vote. There will be an opportunity for Public Comments. Residents with concerns about Vacation Rental rezoning are strongly encouraged to attend. You can show support by sitting in the spacious meeting room, giving public comments, or safely holding signs outside the building. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page and RSVP if you plan to attend!

The Commission Room is large and masks are strongly encouraged. Cards for making Public Comments will be available from County staff. Please consider attending, even just holding signs or gathering safely outside the building complex, to show our Commissioners and the media that we DO NOT WANT Daily Rentals throughout Brevard County!

• Vacation Rental Draft Ordinance – Notice how ALL zoning classifications will now be zoned for DAILY Vacation Rentals! This is a drastic change!
• Brevard County Map – This map shows where short term rentals are currently allowed in unincorporated Brevard County. If this Vacation Rental agenda is not stopped, all of the areas shown will be zoned in green for DAILY Vacation Rentals!
