Contact us Together, We Can Protect Our Communities Brevard County, Florida In late 2020, our Brevard County communities worked together to tell our 5 County Commissioners NO to zoning changes and Daily Rentals. But now we need your help again! Help us stop bills in the State Legislature that would destroy our family neighborhoods and communities throughout Florida. JOIN STATEWIDE EFFORT

HELP US STOP UNREGULATED DAILY RENTALS

DAILY VACATION RENTALS WILL FOREVER CHANGE THE COMMUNITIES WE LOVE

In September 2020, our Commissioners voted 4-1 to consider allowing Airbnb, Vrbo, investors, and profit-driven rental corporations to take over our Brevard County neighborhoods. Daily rentals will increase traffic, trash, noise and crime — and we'll have to pay for extra enforcement through our own taxes. Short-term visitors do not respect our communities, streets, beaches, sea turtles, and lagoon like residents do.

Our quiet family neighborhoods are simply not designed to be "hotel houses" rented out by the day, room or hour. In other areas of Florida and around the U.S., investors have taken over beautiful areas like ours and pushed owner-residents out. It was up to us TOGETHER as a community, to stand up for our homes, our communities, our beautiful paradise, and our way of life - and together, WE WON!
